    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Sourcing tender opportunities from different government organizations including defense services (Army/ Navy/ Air Force) through concerned organization’s web-site, newspapers, E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or Tender Bazar etc., 
    • Preparing bid / tender documentation and review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission.
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of the rules of tendering.
    • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations as per tender requirements.
    • Sourcing of items from foreign and local manufacturers/ OEM/ suppliers and analyze markets.
    • Correspondence with the concerned manufacturers /OEM / suppliers for obtaining their offers, price quote (RFQ) and for any other queries related to preparing tender documents.
    • Maintain accurate records & file (manual & electronic) of all the tender data.
    • Time management of the entire tender process.
    • Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance.
    • Assists the management with data related to the tendering process.
    • Liaise with Buyers and Procurement authorities.
    • Ensures the completeness & accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts.
    • Stays abreast and communicate any changes in contractual requirements.
    • Communicate with govt. officials/potential project authorities regarding upcoming projects.
    • Implement and supervise ongoing projects/contracts.
    • Prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management discussions and Go/ No Go decision making.
    • To prepare daily, Weekly & Monthly activates report.
    • To maintain movement schedule & next day working plan on daily basis.
    • Understanding of Govt. & private procurement process

    • Skills Required: Electrical/ Electronics

      Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
      Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 26 to 45 years
    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in different tender processing.
    • Accustomed to tender processing & documentation.
    • Excellent communication (reading, speaking & writing) & negotiation skills.
    • Ability to Read quickly, understand thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Financial) submission requirements,
